• Communicate with you, including updates, support, and administrative messages.

If you decide to stop using Kasper and would like your account and associated data to be deleted, please follow these steps:

• In App Settings: Go to Settings in Kasper App. On the bottom of the Settings screen you will find the Delete Account Button.
• You may also delete your account by contacting us: Send a request to kasper@aichefs.io with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."
• Verification: To protect your privacy, we will ask for certain information to verify your identity.
• Confirmation: Once your identity is verified, we will proceed with deleting your account and data.

Upon receiving your deletion request, we will delete your personal information and any other data associated with your account. Please note that we may retain some data for legal obligations or for legitimate business purposes, such as:

• Data required for financial records, which will be retained as per regulatory requirements.
• Information necessary to prevent fraud or future unauthorized sign-ups, retained in anonymized form for a limited period.
